Research seminar on «VALUES AND SPIRITUALITY IN HUMAN SERVICES», Malosco (Tn), Centro Studi Zancan, September 10-13 2008
Values and spirituality are important dimensions in individuals and social systems. They pertain to freedom, responsibility, quality of growth, individual rights and duties, relationship among people and among local community, institutions, environment, following a view that is both local and global.
Different professionals (social and health professionals) need to take into account these dimensions; they need to find them and integrate them inside the care path.
Among participants, we wish to thank Joanne Rosandich from Open Home Foundation, New Zealand who brought the Maori point of view regarding spirituality in Maori culture.
